Since all of our items are handmade to order, we will work our best to dispatch your orders in 1-3 business days.

Canada

We offer Express shipping (1-13 business days) operated by Canada post for $10.

We got your shipping fee when you order $50 or more.

United States

We offer USPS first class shipping for a flat rate of CAD$6. We got your shipping fee when you order $50 or more.

International

Standard shipping generally take 5-22 business days. Operated by Asendia or USPS with insurance. Rate will be calculated at check out. Buyers are responsible for the custom fee and any other additional fees applied to the packages.

Cancelations

All orders must be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Otherwise, we are unable to make exceptions once orders begin processing.

Returned Packages

Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
