Shipping and Delivery

Every piece is handmade with love and care in our Toronto studio. Since most of our items are handmade to order, we will work our best to dispatch your orders in 1-3 business days. (Please allow extra processing days during sale events and holiday seasons)

Canada

Orders under C$80: Standard tracked shipping (2-5 business days) - C$7.

Orders over C$80: Standard tracked shipping (2-5 business days) - Free.

For GTA (Greater Toronto Area) customers, we are now working with a local courier to offer one-day delivery. This service is available for orders to Downtown Toronto, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Aurora and Newmarket. Free for orders over C$80.

United States

Our jewelry is handmade in Canada with a CUSMA certificate, which ensures no duty charges at delivery.

Orders under $80: Standard tracked shipping (4-8 business days) - $7.

Orders over $80: Standard tracked shipping (4-8 business days) - Free.

International

Standard shipping generally takes 7-20 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for international orders over C$150. 

Most parcels will go through customs without additional charges, but if, by a small chance, duty is applied upon delivery, buyers are responsible for the duty, customs fees, and any other additional fees that may be applied to the packages.

Cancellations

All orders must be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Otherwise, we are unable to make exceptions once orders begin processing.

Returned Packages

Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
