Every piece is handmade with love and care in our studio at Toronto. Since most of our items are handmade to order, we will work our best to dispatch your orders in 1-3 business days. (Please allow extra processing days during sale events and holiday seasons)
Canada
Orders under C$80: Canada Post Expedited Parcels (2-8 business days) and Priority (1-3 business days) are available. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
C$80-C$200: Free shipping with Chit Chats Select (2-8 business days).
Orders over C$200: Free Canada Post Priority/UPS Express (1 business day).
For GTA (Greater Toronto Area) customers, we are now working with local courier to offer One-day delivery. This service is available for orders to Downtown Toronto, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Aurora and Newmarket. Free for orders over C$80.
United States
US shipping is provided by Chit Chats via USPS (4-8 business days) for a flat rate of C$6.8 (around US$5)
We got your shipping fee when you order C$80 (approx. US$58) or more.
International
We ship with Chit Chats via Asendia or APC Postal Logistics. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for international orders over C$150.
Buyers are responsible for the custom fee and any other additional fees that may applied to the packages.
Cancellations
All orders must be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Otherwise, we are unable to make exceptions once orders begin processing.
